Greetings from Tactic!
Yesterday was a busy day at the clinic. The team is incredible, the team is working as a well oiled machine. Praise the Lord that nobody has gotten sick and we all have had a great time enjoying all the food prepared for our team by Claudia and Evelin, two precious sisters in Christ working in the ministry of hospitality of Impact Ministries.
Yesterday, our day started with a visit to the Church of XiChim. This is a catholic church built in the top of a hill from where the view of the town of tactic is breath-taking. Here, Les Peters explained the meaning of such name and how syncretism is still a problem among the Mayan community to see the truth about Jesus Christ as the only way to be forgiven and have new life. Our team also had the opportunity yesterday to go and visit the hospital of Coban. This is a public hospital providing maternity and pediatric services. This is always a difficult time for many. Nevertheless the opportunity we had to pray for every sick child was simply amazing. God is good and yesterday we saw His grace and love for this beautiful children and families. The same Love He has for me and you.

All is good. Today we will have a long day at the clinic and we are expecting to see 70 patients! Please keep our team in your prayers, pray for physical strength, safety, but most importantly that in all we do we can bring Glory to God!

Your brothers in Christ,
Emma and Eduardo
